You understand the impact of various forces of change and the significance of future sustainability and future work from the perspective of your own work and operating environment and the competitiveness of various organizations.

You are aware of your own future competence and your role as future power user and know how to assess the needs for its development.

Evaluation

Students can

a. find, study, produce and assess data related to future thinking, future work and foresight.
