You are able to find, produce, study and critically assess multidisciplinary foresight information about changes in the customer behavior and business environment of hospitality services.
You are able to utilise foresight knowhow and innovation tools in solving demanding problems in experience and service business.
You are able to assess and justify the importance of foresights and innovations in managing and developing hospitality business at strategic level.
