You knowthe concepts related to youth work organizations and the principles of organizing and resourcing You will be able to understand and analyze the activities of youth organizations, describing the characteristics of the municipalities, parishes, organizations and businesses. You can recognize holistic features of working strategies of youth work organizations You can prepareyourself for a multi-professional consultation and you can choose the most appropriate negotiating strategy and implement it using various tactics. You are familiar with the legality concepts and procedures of a meeting, and you know how to act at meetings in different roles in accordance with the rules regulating meetings.You know the economicframework of working communities You can use budget follow-up tools for monitoring work and budgetary goals

What is the institutional field of operation in youth work? What are the administrative and financial constraints of youth work organizations? How are the operational objectives of work communities planned? What does strategic work of work communities mean? How can youth work organizations’ economy be planned and monitored?
