Objective

You should be able to design a goal-oriented instructional plan and use different kinds of instructional methods when working with a small group. You are able to identify your strengths and challenges as an instructor and evaluate different kinds of instructional situations. You can recognize group and individual counseling techniques and you gain experience in working as an instructor/counselor.  

Content

How do you build up a good instructional session? How to plan, implement and assess an instructional session? What kind of instructional styles can you use when instructing a group? What kind of methods are there for individual and web-based counseling?  

Qualifications

No previous studies required. 

Assessment criteria, good (3)

a) You are able to consistently use the professional concepts related instructing and counseling people c) You are able to perceive the different tasks in planning, implementing and evaluating instructional situations. d) You are able to reflect on your own actions as an instructor and counselor. g) You are able to justify your own actions as an instructor or counselor according to the ethical principles of the field.
