Objective

You show acquaintance with the present state of organisational structures and guidance systems in Finnish social and health care. You are familiar with future challenges in development and leadership in social and health care. You show acquaintance with basic principles of successfull activity in nursing. You show acquaintance with the basic issues in entrepreneurship. You can enhance quality and quality improvement in social and health care organisations. You can lead nursing teams and developmental working groups. You understand occupational safety and wellbeing as a part of your profession and work community activities.

How do guidance systems and organisationalstructures effect to arrangement of services? How to run social- and health care organisations? How to lead nursing teams and developmental groups? What are the basic principles of successful activity in nursing? What are the basic issues in entrepreneurship? What is quality and quality improvement in nursing?
