Objective

1. You know the basic terms of heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
2. You can calculate basic heat transfer cases.
3. You can calculate major and minor losses in laminar and turbulent flows.
4. You know how to calculate U-values for plain surfaces and insulated pipes. You also now how HVAC piping and heat exchangers work.
