Objective

You are familiar with the concepts of project activity, ´able to plan a project and its implementation, and have a basic understanding of project management tools, project documentation and reporting. You are able to act as a responsible member or a coordinator of the project team according to set objectives. In addition to these, you also know the principles of project management.

Content

What are the main methods of project planning, implementation and management? What are the concepts related to project operations? How do you plan, implement and report a project and how can you evaluate its success? How do you use different tools in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting? How do you work in a project group? How do you manage a project?
