You are able to gather information on current changes in the food industry and can combine information from different sources into broader contexts and food trends.
You can perform basic tasks in product development in general, and particularly with plant-based raw materials.

What are food trends and how can information about them be found?
How do food trends affect product development?
How are new products developed?

Students can
