Objective

The aim of the study module is for you to be able to describe the structures, characteristics and possibilities of various automation systems used in buildings and real estate.
You will have a clear understanding of today's so-called DDC technology-based systems and building automation systems.
After completing the study module, you will understand the importance of real estate automation in the supervision and control of various real estate regulations.

Content

How does the property automation system work?
What are the control messages of the property automation system?
How do you program with logic?
How does the electricity network integrate with the building automation system?
How are actuators and sensors built and how do they work?
