Käytännön harjoittelun jälkeen:

Osaat suunnitella, toteuttaa ja arvioida asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaista ohjausta ja kasvatusta.
Osaat toimia asiakaslähtöisesti hyödyntäen asiakastyön työmenetelmiä.
Osaat arvioida omia voimavarojasi ja osaamistasi kasvatus- ja ohjaustyössä sekä osaat asettaa itsellesi ammatillisia kehittymistavoitteita.
