  You know how to assess patient's resources and meet his/her needs according to rehabilitative principles. You know how to measure amd monitor patient's vital signs in laboratory and simulative environment. You know how to operate aseptically, ergonomically, economically and  ecologically. You know how to report and make structured, classifying medical records. You can recognize nursing expertise in different situations. You know how to collaborate and do team work. You know the health care organisation and social services.  

Content

  How do you recognize patient's resources and meet his/her needs? What is rehabilitative approuch? How are vital signs measured and monitored on practice and in simulated conditons? How do you operate aseptically, ergonomically, economically and ecologically? How do you report and make structured, classifying medical reports? How do you act as a team member in different situations? How is our health care system and social services organized? Clinical practice in health care units, 6 crs Laboratory work and simulations, 4 crs

Qualifications

  Participation on theory studies, laboratory work and simulations on Basics of Nursing -course. Anatomy and physiology, Medication and Pharmacology.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

You can: a. use professional vocabulary systematically. d. work together with customers, users and target groups. f. work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
