Kestävän hyvinvoinnin sisällön ja merkityksen ymmärtäminen sekä yhteiskunnallisten muutosten vaikustusten hahamottaminen yksilön ja yhteisöjen hyvinvointiin.
Hyvinvointia uhkaavien ilmiöiden ja mekanismien jäsentäminen sekä huono-osaisuuden, eriarvoistumisen ja sosiaalisten ongelmien ymmärtäminen.
