Objective
The student focuses on radiological examination methods. The student can identify anatomic structures in radiological examinations, and understands the foundations of radiological diagnostics especially those of the locomotor system. The student gains advanced knowledge and skills in radiological diagnostics. The student learns to evaluate radiological and clinical findings, and to compare the possible correlation between the findings, and to draw conclusions affecting examination and treatment procedures.
Content
Familiarization with the foundations of radiology. Imaging studies in the diagnosis of the illnesses of the locomotor system. Radiology as part of diagnostics. Typical findings of imaging studies in the illnesses of the locomotor system.
