Objective

You understand the significance of a project as a tool to develop the working world.
You perceive how the objectives, schedule, management and organisation of the project, together with the required resources, are determined.
You can describe the project planning stages.
You practise your project work skills in a development project
You can shape your own learning objectives and common objectives with the team, and choose the means to achieve your objective.
You can analyze your own actions and those of your team, and assess your learning and reaching of objectives.

Content

How do you understand the project as a tool of developing of the working world?
What are the objectives, schedule, management and organisation of the project, together with the required resources?
How do you choose the methods to achieve your own objectives? How do you use the chosen methods to support the implementation of the project?
How do you shape your own learning objectives, common objectives of the team and objectives in relation to the customers?
How do you analyze your own actions and those of the team, and assess your learning and the reaching of objectives?

Evaluation

Students can:
• use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
• evaluate information sources critically.
• work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
• evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations.
• choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
• promote teams’ goal-oriented operation.
• apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
