Objective

Students can develop the current and new services in an interactive and user-driven way and take into account the possibilities of digitalization of services. Students can utilise the methods of service design and productisation. Students can choose and apply interactive development methods and models in practice. Students can work as a development team member.

Content

How is the service assortment evaluated, renewed and developed in the digital operational and competitive environment? How can customer experiences be considered as a basis of service development? How are services developed in a user-driven and interactive way? How can gamification promote users’ motivation, involvement and participation? How can crowdsourcing be utilised in service development? What are the basic concepts, goals and methods of service design? How does the service design process advance? What does the productisation of services mean?

Evaluation

a) Käytät asiantuntevasti palvelutoiminnan ammattikäsitteitä eri tilanteissa.
e) Osaat valita tarkoituksenmukaiset palvelujen kehittämis- ja arviointimenetelmät ja perustella valintasi.
f) Osaat edistää tiimin tavoitteellista toimintaa.
