Harjoittelussa sovellat teoriatietoa käytäntöön. (Harjoittellua vastaavien teoriaopintojen materiaali)

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Kotisairaanhoidon harjoittelu 7,5 op (= 5 viikkoa) kotona tehtävässsä hoitotyössä (kotihoito: yksiyinen tai julkinen sektori)
Lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön harjoittelu 2,5 op (2 viikkoa). Jos harjoittelupaikassa minimi harjoitteluviikkomäärä 3 vkoa - tämä korvaa lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön simulaation 1op. Tästä sovitaan erikseen harjoittelusta vastaavan opettajan ja harjoittelupaikkakoordinaattorin kanssa.

Käytännön harjoittelu: Tehdään sovitusti harjoittelupaikassa. Harjoittelupaikka varataan Jobiili-jäejstelmässä

Opiskelijan työmäärä

5 viikkoa = 7,5 op
38h/ viikko = yht. 192 tuntia harjoittelua käytännön kentällä
2 viikkoa = 2,5 op (yht 63h) - Lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön harjoittelu - harjoittelutunnit jaetaan tasaisesti kahdelle viikolle.

Kirurgisen hotiotyön harjoittelu:


Kotisairaanhoidon sekä lasten ja nuorten harjoittelu: Lääkelaskukoe ja perhe- ja yhteishoitotyön lääkelaskut) on hyväksytysti suoritettu viimeistään 1 kk ennen harjoittelun alkamista.

Olet tarkistanut harjoittelupaikan vaatimukset rokotussuojasta, huolehtinut tarvittavat rokotukset kuntoon. Kts. erillinen ohje rokotuskäytäntöön.

Olet lisäksi näyttänyt koulutusjohtajalle rikostaustaotteen koulutujohtajalle, kst. erillinen ohje rikostaustaotteen tarkistamisesta Kaakkois-Suomen
ammattikorkeakoulussa.

Huolehdit itse harjoittelupaikan peruuttamisen viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen harjoittelun alkamista, jos harjoittelun edeltävyysehdot eivät täyty. Tiedotat paikan peruuttamisesta myös harjoittelua ohjaavalle opettajalle sekä harjoittelukoordinaattorille.

Lähetät infokirjeen harjoittelupaikkaan viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen harjoittelun alkamista harjoittelupaikkaan sekä kopion tästä harjoittelua ohjaavalle opettajalle.

Kotisairaanhoidon harjoittelu:

Harjoittelun tavoitteet on kirjattu Workseediin ensimmäisen harjoitteluviikon lopussa. Itsearviointi on tehty Workseedissa ennen harjoittelun loppuarviointikeskustelua. Loppuarviointi sovitaan harjoittelun viimeiselle viikolle (mukana opiskelija, ohjaava opettaja ja työelämänohjaaja). Loppuarviointi pidetään Teams:ssa
Työaikaraportti: työtunnit yht 190h (= 5 viikon harjoittelu)

Lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön harjoittelu:
Harjoittelun tavoitteet kirjataan Workseediin harjoittelun ensimmäiselle päivälle ja opiskleija käy ne läpi yhdessä ohjaajan kanssa.
Opiskelija sopii ohjaajan kanssa loppuarvionnista ja ehdottaa arviointiaikaa harjoittelun toisen viikon loppuun. Opiskelija ei varaa itse arviointiaikaa opettajan kalenterista. Arviointi puhelimitse / Teams.

Kirurgisen hotiotyön harjoittelu:


Kotisairaanhoidon harjoittelu: Lääkelaskukoe ja perhe- ja yhteishoitotyön lääkelaskut) on hyväksytysti suoritettu viimeistään 1 kk ennen harjoittelun alkamista.

Olet tarkistanut harjoittelupaikan vaatimukset rokotussuojasta, huolehtinut tarvittavat rokotukset kuntoon. Kts. erillinen ohje rokotuskäytäntöön.

Huolehdit itse harjoittelupaikan peruuttamisen viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen harjoittelun alkamista, jos harjoittelun edeltävyysehdot eivät täyty. Tiedotat paikan peruuttamisesta myös harjoittelua ohjaavalle opettajalle sekä harjoittelukoordinaattorille.

Harjoittelun tavoitteet on kirjattu Workseediin ensimmäisen harjoitteluviikon lopussa. Itsearviointi on tehty Workseedissa ennen harjoittelun loppuarviointikeskustelua. Loppuarviointi sovitaan harjoittelun viimeiselle viikolle (mukana opiskelija, ohjaava opettaja ja työelämänohjaaja). Loppuarviointi pidetään Teams:ssa

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Työviikko on 40 tuntia, josta varataan viikoittain 2 tuntia itsenäiselle opiskelulle esim. tavoitteiden laadinta, työvuorosuunnitelman tekeminen, näyttöön perustuvan tiedon haku, kirjallisuuteen tutustuminen. Juhlapyhistä ja juhlapyhien aatoista ei saa huojennusta viikkotyömäärään.

-Kirurgisen hoitotyön harjoittelu 5 viikkoa (= 7,5op)

-tavoitteet luodaan Workseediin 1. harjoitteluviikon aikana
-työvuorot suunnitellaan oman työelämäohjaajan mukaan
-arviointikeskustelu harjoittelun viimeisellä viikolla (Teams) työelämäohjaajan, opiskelijan ja harjoittelua ohjaavan opettajan kanssa.

What are the key procedures and methods used in maternity and woman’s nursing?
How do you assist in an unplanned childabirth that takes place outside a hospital?

Reception work and homecare nursing:
What are the key nursing activities and sectors of a nurse in reception work and homecare?
How do you assess the customer’s ability to function and his/her resources?
How do you anticipate the weakening of a patient’s ability to function?
How do you apply evidence-based knowledge to reception work and homecare?

Nursing in acute and intensive care:
What are the key procedures and methods used in acute and intensive care?
How do you assess a patient’s need for urgent care?
