Objective

You can plan, implement and assess the health and functional capacity of working-age and older adults.
You are able to assess factors related to older adults' health, living conditions and life situation, risk factors that increase the need for services, and guide clients to use the services offered.
You understand the structure of wellbeing at work and the role of occupational health care in the promotion of wellbeing.
You can explain and follow the principles of good occupational health care practices.
You are able to assess the impact of work, work communities and environments on health and provide recommendations and guidelines related to the promotion of personal health.
You know how to take multiculturalism into account in your work.
