You know how to plan and implement quality care in various phases of the service chain.

You promote the legal rights and position of a memory disorder patient/client.

You know how to encounter and communicate with a person who has a memory disorder, and how to support their functional capacities.

You can support brain health.

You can use methods of exercise in various environments of dementia care and support.

You can use methods of exercise in promoting the wellbeing of work groups.

You get practice in exercise counseling.

Qualifications

Basis in elderly care 20 ECTS credits
Promotion of wellbeing and health in aging 15 ECTS credits
Memory disorders and group counselling skills 5 ECTS credits
Mental heath, substance abuse and disability service work 5 ECTS credits
Promotion of performance in aging and exercise 5 ECTS credits
Early services in elderly care and exercise 5 ECTS credits
