You know the responsibilities and obligations of the supervisor and the employee, as well as the entities related to ethics.
You manage the recruitment and orientation processes and know how to develop them.
You can distinguish future working life prospects from the perspective of human resource management in tourism and hospitality.

What kinds of models and tools are there in human resource management?
What are the responsibilities and obligations of supervisors and employees?
What are the steps of the recruitment and orientation processes and how can recruitment and orientation be developed?
How to lead personnel with diverse backgrounds?
What factors influence work and personnel and how do you prepare yourself as a supervisor for future changes in working life in tourism and hospitality?
