Objective

Students can demonstrate their know-how in the professional vocabulary related to financial accounting and value added tax system. Students know how digital systems affect the processes of financial accounting. Students can apply the basic principles of financial accounting when preparing the financial statements of a small enterprise. Students can take into account the effects of value added tax system in financial accounting as well as in financial statements.

Content

How are business transactions in financial accounting identified and recorded? How are an income statement and a balance sheet drawn up? How does the value added tax system influence financial accounting and financial statements? How does digital technology affect the processes of financial accounting? How is the information security related to the accounting processes certified?
