Objective
Students are familiar with the basics of the main business legislation. Students are able to act in accordance with the legislation.
Content
How are the societal norms to be taken into account in business? What is the structure of the Finnish legal system? Where can one find professionally important legal information and how is it applied? What forms of enterprise exist in Finland and how are their operations regulated? How are trade, business to business transactions and business to consumer transactions regulated?
