Objective

Students can use professional vocabulary in different private and group communication situations in Finnish, English and Swedish. Students can work in work-related communication situations in a cooperative and goal-oriented way.

How to communicate in work-related situations in a cooperative and goal-oriented way? Which different means can be used in cooperative and goal-oriented communication? How are the special features of different languages taken into consideration in communication?

a) Students can use professional vocabulary in different private and group communication situations in Finnish, English and Swedish. d) Students can work in a goal-oriented way in work-related situations requiring communication with customers, users and target group both in spoken and written English and Swedish. f) Students can promote teams' operation through efficient communication.
