Objective

You are able to meet people in different actions. You are able to work as an instructor in a youth work form, where you work in a goal-orientated way with an individual group (e.g. camps). You will develop your skills in interpersonal skills and group work. You are able to plan and evaluate your own work as an instructor.

What kind of skills do you need to meet people? How to plan, execute and evaluate goal-oriented activities and take into account the needs of the target group? How to deepen your interaction and instruction skills? What kind of skills do you need in organizing intensive and goal-oriented activities?

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Participation in the instruction meetings,successful completion of the practical training, a written report.
