Objective
describe the value chain and related business processes for a dynamic international enterprise analyse the structures and networks of an international enterprise, including outsourced operations and suppliers apply their knowledge in supporting an international company's business processes such as sales and marketing, brand management, customer and supplier management, strategic and operative planning, R&D, business intelligence, and logistics recognize the main differences in various global business cultures - EU, Asia, North-America, Russia, etc.- with regard to companies practicing international trade.
Content
The course is offered only in English. It includes lectures, assignments and presentations, visits to international companies, and possibly lectures by outside corporate experts. Parts of the course are carried out virtually. Final exam. The content of the course is mainly to know how various business processes function in a large international enterprise and the importance of them. Such processes include strategic and operative planning, sales & marketing, manufacturing, sourcing, R&D, logistics, business intelligence, and information management.
