Objective
After completing the course, the student: understands the role of the internationalisation process as a part of the growth strategy and the major objectives and aims of the entry strategy recognises the multiple operation modes and is able to evaluate different options in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality can explain diverse concepts, methods, and tools of supply chain managment, particularly as related to globalised firms has the skills to depict the core processes as a part of the operation modes and internationalisation processes, and is capable of relating the decisions to risks and profits prevalent in international trade can, in a general manner, organise the different operation modes and appropriate technological decisions has a general understanding of the options of the network co-makership with respect to constraints and limitations

strategic options and growth strategies in internationalisation operation/entry modes including export operations partnerships and alliances managing external resources and supplier co-operation transfer and exchange of technology the influence of operation modes/co-makership on corporate responsibility (economical, social, ecological)
