Objective

You become familiar with the position of children, youth and families in a changing society. You have knowledge of the development trends and working principles of child protection. You know the main aspects of legislation and service systems related to children and families. You are capable of working goal-orientedly with children, youth and families and you take their life situation into account.

Content

What is child protection? What are the main values and principles of child protection? Why child protection is needed and what is client work process of child protection like? What are the main laws regulating child protection? What is the main service system of child protection?
