Objective

You are able to define rehabilitation as a complete and systematical process. You are able to assess the resources and the need of support, councelling and rehabilitation of clients. You are capable of planning and implementing social support and rehabilitation in cooperation with clients, their family and multiprofessional teams. You are familiar with the service plan. You show your abilities in different working methods such as resource-based work and networking. You show your skills in planning and implementing councelling work with individual clients and groups by utilizing assessment forms. You work as a critical, evaluative and developmental way. You develop your personal professional growth and customer-oriented way of working.

What do social support and rehabilitation mean in practice? How do you assess clients’ resources and the need of support and rehabilitation? How do you plan and implement social support and rehabilitative practices customer-orientedly in cooperation with clients, their families and multiprofessional team? What kind of service plans are done with clients? What kinds of methods are used in rehabilitative work? What is meant by critical, evaluative and developmental work orientation? What kinds of councelling practices are included in the social support and rehabilitation? How do you strengthen your vocational competence and customer-oriented working methods?
