Objective

After successfully completing this course, the student is expected to be able to: describe the structure and functions of the national economy represent and explain economic relationships using a graph assess a nation's national performance by indicators of national-income accounting describe and interpret the consequences of the different types of macroeconomic policy (fiscal policy and monetary policy) demonstrate a knowledge of  the basic processes and structures of the global and national capital market evaluate the risks of different financial instruments analyse capital market information
