Environmental Administration and Legislation (5op)

Osaamistavoitteet

You will be familiar with the administration and legislation systems and concepts including decision making processes, legal and judicial systems, methods of instituting proceedings and official supervision. You will also learn different environmental controlling systems and agreements.You are able to distinguish the various laws, regulations and guidelines of the status of public power and you know the various appeals by the management practices. You will be able to use the administrative procedure smoothly and you know good governance criteria. 

Sisältö

How the national and EU law is applied in practical decision-making and how to choose the applicable law? What do governance and management approaches mean and how will it appear in different documents? How to make good administrative documents?
