Objective

You learn how enterprises operate and plan their operations. You learn how to analyze enterprise’s operations based on calculations and statistics, and to use analyzed information in a decision making. You learn how to operate and affect decision making process in a group.

Content

How an enterprise operates and what are the relations among different enterprise functions? How business operations are planned, budgeted, implemented and analyzed? How competitors operate and how their operations affect the decision making process in one’s own enterprise? How to work in a group according to given schedules?
