Objective

Students can connect personnel strategy to the organisation’s business strategy and leadership. Students can evaluate and develop their own competence in their work as a leader. Students can apply in their leader work different methods of leading and evaluating individual and group performance. 

Content

How does leadership affect the success of an organisation? What requirements does leadership set to professional competence? How can the work of the leader and the employees be combined with the goals of the business by using different leadership methods? How does one function when changes are done?

Evaluation

c. Osaat työskennellä tiimin jäsenenä asiantuntijatehtävissä työelämässä sekä huomata ja kuvata ammattialan ongelmia.
d. Osaat arvioida toimintaa esimiehen kannalta asiakas-. käyttäjä- ja kohderyhmätilanteissa.
g. Osaat soveltaa kriittisesti oman alan eettisiä periaatteita erilaisissa esimiestilanteissa.
