Boards: • nurse • Psychologist • College Pastor • Student Board Secretary • Library info, information specialists, induction week • Moodle info • Clan and student organizations • Virtual learning environments • Career Services • Computer Services Group director: • Boards should meet each semester (2) / academic year (1); educational provision and timing • participate in their own group (student tutors included) • carry out interviews in the first semester of study • is available when the student will plans their SoleHOPS's (ie, individual study plans) in the second semester of study                                Training equivalent to: • a training program to familiarize the students with the content, professions and their qualifications (eg, visiting alumni, employer visits, upper year students visit, business visit, self-finding in a small group) Study councellor • provide information about the the student counseling services at KyAMK • explain the school's examination regulations to the students    Student tutors: • present the school's facilities • participate in group formation Study Secretary: • presentation of study office services for students • verification of the original certificates Documentalists: • Data acquisition criteria integrated into a period of study in the context of education (communication / professional substance) Information skills teaching criteria Library Info (2 h) to provide an overview of library services. Information desk to check out the library's collections department, collections database, and provides an overview of the electronic library of materials and the Nelli portal. Information retrieval criteria (2 h) explains information retrieval techniques and searches across different databases. The training presents the most important databases and e-resources and the Nelli portal. The presence of 100% short hour (rästisuorituksena online course - the exam). The partition can be integrated in the context of a school subject. Moona Moona-course encourages students to internationalization as well as to familiarize the students in international activities. The course provides information on labor and globalization developments. Students must learn about internationalization.
