Objective

learns to recognize diversity in the organisation and to take it into account in managing and leading people learns to use diversity as a positive asset in teams and workplaces learns how cultural factors affect people's behaviour, and learns to take them into account in managing and leading people Objectives are adjusted together with each student group according to their learning needs in the beginning of the course.

Content

Aspects of diversity: - managing different age groups - managing different cultures and leadership styles - managing diverse competence mix - personalities at workplace and personal chemistry Contents of the course will be adjusted with the study group according to their needs in the beginning of the course.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Evaluation 0-5 In addition to lecturer's evaluation, evaluation is based on student's and lecturer's common evaluation.
