Objective
Objectives: The objective is to produce new ideas in new operational environments with multidisciplinary teams. In these teams, the aim is to recognise opportunities, learn creative problem-solution, and understand risk-taking. The new ideas may originate from the team or an external company, or they can be built on assigned scenarios.
Content
Content: The students produce ideas using different tools, understand the significance of a multidisciplinary team in a the creative development process, and are able to incorporate their own competences into the whole innovation process. As a basis for the ideation, the students learn to utilise documents, statistics, studies, news, the Internet, and the latest forms of new media. The students learn to generate ideas in a team, which comprise the concept of the idea, visions for the future, produced visual and possibly audiovisual images, and the possibility of publishing the material in social media. The content of the ideation assignments may either be product or service related.
