Objective

To understand the practices, control and monitoring involved in organising Finnish social and health care and in producing and organising services
To be familiar with and follow up on the most central/topical action plans within social and health care
To be able to guide the client/patient to use the most appropriate social and health care services within the public, private and non-profit sectors in order to promote health and well-being
To understand the significance of different action and service units for the client as a part of the care and service chain
