Objective

To be able to evaluate one’s own activities and understand the concept of inner entrepreneurship
To be able to assess the work group’s resources and prioritise work tasks and the related responsibilities
To understand the importance of leadership in nursingTo understand the fundamentals of entrepreneurship within the health care industry and as a part of the service system
To be able to coordinate the client’s total care in accordance with one’s obligationsTo understand the impact of changes in health care and to be able to act in a situation of change according to one’s responsibility
