Objective

You are able to recognize the basic terminology of organizations and working communities. You are aware of the strategic and goal-oriented policies of a well-functioning organization. You are familiar with the practices of bookkeeping and cost calculations. You can use budget planning as a tool and you are able to monitor budget targets effectively.

Content

What are the administrative and economic constraints of youth work? How do organizations set their goals? What is meant by strategic planning? How are the finances of organizations planned and monitored?

a. You can use the terminology and concepts related to the strategic activities of working communities and to workplace negotiations and meetings. b. You have an understanding of the principles of economic activity in organizations. c. You can promote the finances of your working community with bookkeeping and monitoring skills. d. You can evaluate yourself as a member of working communities. e. You can use budget follow-up tools in your work.
