Objective

You know how to analyze cultural diversity as a concept and you are able to identify the meaning of culture in different contexts. You understand the meaning of gender sensitivity in youth work. You are familiar with the issues of parity, equality and human rights at local and global level. You know how to promote a pluralist civic society.

Content

What is cultural diversity? What kind of methods are there to support sex education, parity, equality and human rights? What is the role of development cooperation in civic activities?

Attending the course requires completing the course of Cultural encounters.
