Objective
You are familiar with the use of massage and mobilization as well as their effects on the body and their contraindications
You know the basic massage grips and are able to use them appropriately in lower limb massage
You know the basics of trigger point manipulation
You are able to carry out passive stretching of muscles
You know the functional anatomy of the lower limb joints
You know the rest and lock positions of joints
You are able to mobilize the joints of lower extremities
You are able to guide clients individually to do joint mobilization and stabilization exercises
You understand the use of taping
You learn the basic taping techniques
You can tape ankles and knees.
You are able to do kinesio taping and know how to apply it to various foot ailments
