Objective

The student understands the importance of production management, planning, and control to the economy and marketing of a company. The student knows the principles of production planning and control. The student knows the basics of quality management and is aware of the importance of the quality to the economy of a company.

Content

The general principles of production planning and control. The calculations required, the use of ADP, and the theoretical principles of production planning and control of sawn timber. The calculations required and the theoretical principles of production planning and control of wood-based panels (especially plywood).
