Objective

  After completing this study unit, the student: can use and understand level B2 structures, vocabulary, and expressions can write business letters independently using a virtual platfom communicates clearly in writing and orally on level B2   

Content

  This course is virtual and include the following sections: first contact request for quotation quotation order order confirmation, despatch advice, delivery letter of complaint, responses collection letter other messages (congratulations, condolences, seasonal greetings, etc.)
