Objective
Physics: Students understand the practical importance of the physical principles discussed on the course and are able to form and solve essential equations with physical quantities apply their knowledge of physics to practical technological problems and in later professional studies use their knowleledge to follow the development of their professional field use their knowleledge in the developmet of new applications In laboratory exercises students learn to use common instruments, analyse quantitative information and to conduct quantitative and qualitative estimations of observational errors. Chemistry: The student deepens their knowledge in chemistry of their professional field.
Content
Physics: Thermal radiation, the fundamental physics of wind energy, physics of nuclear energy production, the fotoelectric effect and solar cell, hydrogen fuel cell, sensor physics Chemistry: Water chemistry, corrosion, combustion chemistry, environmental chemistry.
