Objective

You identify the sources of digital information in organisations and understand its role as their resource. You can identify the requirements of developing information resources. You also know the requirements which data security and data protection set for information management in organisations.

Content

What is information? Which are the sources of digital information in organisations. How you can define the value and the quality of information? How you ensure and develop data security? How you can and are allowed to use information? How you make a data balance sheet?

Evaluation

Students can
a) find, study, produce and critically evaluate multidisciplinary data in the field of information management and digital archiving.
e) evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use in management and development.
