You learn how youth guidance and service networks work to promote young people’s wellbeing. You are able to define the tasks of municipalities in maintaining and promoting young people’s wellbeing.
You learn the principles of municipal administration and good administration.
You are able to work in multiprofessional networks.
You can search for information from different sources. You can critically evaluate them and the reliability of information and handle digital information.

You can work as an expert on young people’s service systems and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
You can evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations
You can apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
