Osaamistavoitteet

You become familiar with and can describe the concepts of research-oriented development, together with the associated processes and approaches.
You know various research methods and you can apply them in research-oriented development in rehabilitation.
You understand and can apply the principles of research ethics and reliability.

The course content consists of five topics related to the:
- describing the process of research-oriented development and the approaches relevant in rehabilitation
- seeking information systematically and evaluating its reliability
- making a literature review
- basics of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- ethical principles and reliability in research-oriented development
