Objective
You can define the strategic targets of businesses by paying attention to the requirements and needs of the business field and the operating environment. You can make use of brand and service design competence in business and in its development.
You know how to use the models and tools used in measuring the effectiveness of strategic processes.
You can plan, use and assess the key activities of strategic management in companies (eg. strategic decisions, strategic planning and thinking, strategy implementation and so on).
