Objective
You know the principles and importance of strategic management in mental health nursing from the perspective of the organization and its performance.
You know and understand the effect of the historical factors behind strategic management and human resource management.
You are able to apply your field-specific competence in promoting the performance, motivation and well-being of the personnel in accordance with the selected strategy, and you are able to evaluate the implementation of the strategy.
You are able to do supervisory and managerial work in accordance with the labour law and the laws and agreements governing personnel management.
You are able to apply the principles of strategic management in mental health work.
You are able to apply an analytical evidence-based approach in your leadership and management style.
