Objective

You can communicate in familiar and usual everyday situations at A1 level, with the help of your discussion partner.
You can write short and simple messages related to everyday situations.
You have an understanding of basic grammar structures typical to Swedish and are able to use everyday vocabulary.
You understand short texts related to familiar everyday situations.
You know the basics of Swedish pronunciation.
You are able to use different tools for learning Swedish.

Evaluation

Students can:

a) use basic vocabulary and structures in familiar everyday communication situations
b) look for information in the key information sources, for example  in dictionaries
c) identify everyday communication situations
d) communicate in familiar and everyday communication situations at beginners’ level
