Socialvand health care organization in Finland. National control of social and health care; legislation and recommendations (Social and health ministry). The licensing and controlling profession (Valvira). Responsibility and control at the local primary and special health care level. Productization, principle of effectiveness and budgetary procedure and follow-up in social and health care unit.

0 fail, 1-2 satisfactory, 3-4 good, 5 excellent
