Objective

You can plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care using the community nursing methods and the existing information. You can take into account cultural factors in community and meet home care clients from different cultural backgrounds. You are aware of the legislation and principles in home care. You can plan and implement a client-oriented care at home and resources of the client and the community utilizing the use of rehabilitative approach to work. You can plan, implement and evaluate the counselling at home environment. You are aware of the home nurse's duties and responsibilities. You can coordinate the holistic care of the client according to your responsibility of nursing. You know the principles of vaccination.
